Congrats Cafe x Mx. COOL

Congrats cafe is nestled in a cozy corner of a small alley off a bustling main road in Taipei. Using wood, plants, and natural light, it creates a warm and soothing wabi-sabi-inspired atmosphere, a comforting and healing presence.

The founder, Super, is a barista deeply passionate about the Japanese craftsman spirit. The diverse range of brewing equipment in the café reflects his dedication to coffee. With accolades like 4th place in the 2023 TSCA Golden Cup Awards (Espresso Division), champion of the 2023 Coffee Mania Festival Coffee Cocktail Competition, and judge for the 2024 Coffee Mania Festival Creative Coffee Competition, these hard-earned achievements are a testament to his recognition in the coffee industry.

Over the past year, most of the single-origin coffees in Congrats Cafe have been ground using the Aries grinder. On the La Marzocco KB90, Katze scales are used to ensure efficient brewing while precisely monitoring the quality and extraction of every espresso shot.
